All things that pertain to Life #3

All things that pertain to Life 3

As our spring board to day let us look at Mtt. 6: 33 “ seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you”

Now let us look at all these things; with keeping in mind 2Peter all things that pertain to life is promised to us By God Himself.

“Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.”

Matthew 6:25-32 KJV

“ FOR YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER KNOWETH THAT YOU HAVE NEED OF ALL THESE THINGS”

HERE IS AN AMAZING THOUGHT NOT ONLY DOES OUR HEAVENLY FATHER KNOW THAT WE NEED THINGS IN LIFE, HE ALSO KNOWS WE MUST BE WORRY AND ANXIOUS FREE !!

“Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. For the Lord shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.”

Proverbs 3:25-26 KJV

[ clip on fear ]

“But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.”

Isaiah 43:1-2 KJV

“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.”

John 14:1 KJV

“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”

Philippians 4:6 KJV

“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”

1 Peter 5:7 KJV

“We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;”

2 Corinthians 4:8-9 KJV

“Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me. The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.”

Psalms 138:7-8 KJV

“The LORD is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble; And He knows those who trust in Him.”

Nahum 1:7 NKJV

““And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things. But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you. “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Sell what you have and give alms; provide yourselves money bags which do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches nor moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

Luke 12:29-34 NKJV

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.””

Matthew 11:28-30 NKJV

Today as we close I submit to you part of Christ’s abundant life is His peace for us to dwell in and live in, even in a chaotic and distressing disturbing world that surrounds us daily.

So declare with me because of the finished work of my Lord and savior I refuse for anxiousness, anxiety, fear, and all the cares of this life to rob me of my abundant life in Christ Jesus my Lord
