Total Complete Access

Saints of God it is imperative for you to know and fully comprehend the fact that you as a believing child of God have complete access to Him and all the pertains to Him.

Complete access to God

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28 NKJV

“All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day.”
John 6:37-39 NKJV

“Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”
Hebrews 4:14-16 NKJV

Chosen saint of God not only do you have access to Him, you have all rights to Him.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.”
Romans 8:14-17 NKJV

Now chosen one think not only do you have all rights and access to God, you have been given by God the right to ask for what ever you have need of.Think of it this way you do have all rights to what is His.
Now what belongs to God?

“And He said to them, “Which of you shall have a friend, and go to him at midnight and say to him, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves; for a friend of mine has come to me on his journey, and I have nothing to set before him’; and he will answer from within and say, ‘Do not trouble me; the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give to you’? I say to you, though he will not rise and give to him because he is his friend, yet because of his persistence he will rise and give him as many as he needs.
Luke 11: 5-9

“So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. If a son asks for bread from any father among you, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent instead of a fish? Or if he asks for an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!””
Luke 11:10-13 NKJV

““Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?

Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”
Matthew 6:25-34 NKJV

This powerful assuring scripture brings great comfort, our every need even before we know we need it, has already been provided by Our loving Heavenly Father.

Today treasured chosen child of God live in the blessed assurance, you have direct access to ABBA Father along with all rights to Him, and all rights to what belongs to Him.

God’s Way to Blessings 4

God’s Way To Blessings 4

“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.”
Matthew 5:8 KJV

Pure in the Greek katharos: originally it means clean, used of soiled clothes which have been washed clean. Another meaning is that of corn cleansed of all chaff, and it is used of an army which has been purged of all discontented, cowardly, unwilling and insufficient soldiers, which is a force composed solely of first-class fighting men
Another meaning when in the company of another Greek word aerators it then means no tinge of alloy.
Put this all together the word katharos is unmixed, unadulterated, analloyed.

Blessed is the man whose motives are always entirely unmixed, for that man shall see God.

How is this possible because we are told the “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.”
Jeremiah 17:9-10 KJV

We are given a stern warning to keep our heart;

“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”
Proverbs 4:23 KJV

“This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.”
Matthew 15:8 KJV
“Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.”
Matthew 15:11, 18-20 KJV

Ways to keep the heart pure.

“Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked.”
Deuteronomy 10:16 KJV

“And the Lord thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.”
Deuteronomy 30:6 KJV

“And shalt return unto the Lord thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; That then the Lord thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath scattered thee.”
Deuteronomy 30:2-3 KJV

Key word return.

Remember the great command; “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.”
Deuteronomy 6:4-7 KJV

So how do we keep our heart?

“Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.”
Psalms 119:9-11 KJV

God’s Way to Blessings 5

Notes
God’s Way To Blessings 5

“Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God.”
Matthew 5:9 NKJV

Peace; from the Hebrew shalom, everything that makes for a mans highest good.

Please do not take this to mean in order to keep peace we appease disgruntled people or we take the attitude don’t rock the boat. The peace which the Bible calls blessed does bot come from evasion of issues; it comes from facing them, dealing with them, and overcoming them. This peace demands no fear of trouble when truly seeking what is correct before God, it means we do not look the other way when wrong is done in order to “keep the peace”.

Some scriptures a peace maker must live by;

“A soft answer turns away wrath, But a harsh word stirs up anger. The tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly, But the mouth of fools pours forth foolishness.”
Proverbs 15:1-2 NKJV

“How beautiful upon the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who proclaims peace, Who brings glad tidings of good things, Who proclaims salvation, Who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!””
Isaiah 52:7 NKJV

“And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!””
Romans 10:15 NKJV

“Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.”
Romans 12:17-19 NKJV

“Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled;”
Hebrews 12:14-15 NKJV

“For “He who would love life And see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil, And his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good; Let him seek peace and pursue it.”
I Peter 3:10-11 NKJV

“For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.”
Ephesians 2:14-18 NKJV

“For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
Isaiah 9:6 NKJV

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.”
Matthew 5:9 NIV

Called the children of God!
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.”
Galatians 5:22, 24-26 NKJV

Gods Way To Blessing 3

Gods Way To Blessing 3 notes

“Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.”
Matthew 5:7 KJV

To truly discover and understand the full meaning of this one verse we must not only look at the Greek meaning, we must go to the Hebrew.

The Greek word eleemon; to be compassionate, it also carries with it the ability to have pity [to sympathize]

The Hebrew word which is untranslatable is chesedh; the ability to get right inside the other persons skin so much so we see with their eyes, think with their mind, and feel with their feelings.

Many times when mercy is needed we do not have the ability to give it because we are more concerned with our own point of view and our own feelings.

There is a French proverb that states to know all is to forgive all.

Thought; this is exactly what God did for us; in order for Him to be merciful He had to become man, flesh.

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”
John 1:14 KJV

“For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
Hebrews 4:15-16 KJV

God got inside the skin of man.

The story of Queen Victoria visiting Mrs. Tulloch, Tulloch was slow in getting up to greet the Queen Tulloch just lost her husband as the Queen just lost her husband also.
The Queen responded to Tulloch I am not here as your Queen but as one woman who has lost her husband to another woman who has lost her husband.

Just think the King of all kings did not come to us detached, or the great majestic God that He is but He came…

“Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.”
Zechariah 9:9 KJV

Brothers and sisters it is imperative for us, just as we have received mercy we must give mercy.

“And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”
Matthew 6:12-15 KJV
“But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”
Matthew 9:13 KJV

“But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.”
Matthew 12:7 KJV

“Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me: Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee? And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him. So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.”
Matthew 18:32-35 KJV

Let us close with this thought;

O the bliss of the man who gets right inside of people, until he can see with their eyes, think with their thoughts, feel with their feelings, for he that does that will find others do the same for him, and will know that, that is what GOD IN JESUS CHRIST HAS DONE !

God’s Way to Blessing 2

Gods way of Blessings 2

So far we have looked at the first four beatitudes, now before we go further I would like to put a
Hanukkah spin on it or if you will a Christmas spin. There is no doubt everything that we think of both these holidays is pointing to God and His blessing to us.

So what have I discovered about the first four beatitudes having a Christmas spin.

The first beatitude declares blessed are the poor in spirit;

We discovered that this actually means that God wants us to be so dependent upon Him just like that do a poor person being dependent or all His needs to be meet.

We must realize just as Christ is declaring to us to become this dependent He Himself lived in this fashion.

“Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.”
John 5:19, 30 KJV

“Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him. Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee;”
Matthew 4:1-12 KJV

All of this proves to us in the same way Jesus declares for us to be totally dependent upon Him, He Jesus totally lived His life in complete dependence upon God the Father and God the Holy Spirit.

Now when we see blessed are they that mourn; Jesus was declaring the life that He Himself lived.

“And he sighed deeply in his spirit, and saith, Why doth this generation seek after a sign? verily I say unto you, There shall no sign be given unto this generation.”
Mark 8:12 KJV
Sigh comes from the word to mourn or grieve groan
“When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled,

Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it.”
John 11:33, 38 KJV

“Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;”
Hebrews 5:7-9 KJV

Blessed are the meek; fresh from last week; the ability to know how be angry with control.

the bliss of the man who is always angry at the right time and never angry at the wrong time, who has every instinct, and impulse, and passion under control because he himself is God controlled, who has the humility to realize his own ignorance and his own weakness, for such a man is a king among men.

Blessed are they that hunger and thirst;

O the bliss of the man who longs for total righteousness as a starving man longs for food, and a man perishing of thirst longs for water, for that man will be truly satisfied.

As we close today think of it in this fashion the light of Hanukkah or if you will the light of lights yes the light of the world came and lived amongst us and lived how He expects us to live, just as He was poor in spirit totally dependent so we too must be, just as He mourned in His spirit we to must allow our spirit to mourn only to Him, who is able to comfort us with the comforting that we need. Then just as He Jesus kept His anger in control, may we with the Holy Spirits control upon our life live in such fashion. Then just as our light of the world hungered for the right things of the Heavenly Father may we do also.

As we receive Jesus the greatest Christmas gift ever given, may we allow Him by the power of the Holy Spirit to enable us to live everyday the beatitudes just as
He did.

Understanding

Proverbs 8

“Does not wisdom cry out, And understanding lift up her voice? She takes her stand on the top of the high hill, Beside the way, where the paths meet. She cries out by the gates, at the entry of the city, At the entrance of the doors:”1-3

A crying out and a lifting of the voice.

““To you, O men, I call, And my voice is to the sons of men. O you simple ones, understand prudence, And you fools, be of an understanding heart.”
Proverbs 8:4-5 NKJV

Simple: a person who cannot understand or grasp most concepts and who is lacking insight.

Prudence: good judgement, common sense

“Listen, for I will speak of excellent things, And from the opening of my lips will come right things; For my mouth will speak truth; Wickedness is an abomination to my lips. All the words of my mouth are with righteousness; Nothing crooked or perverse is in them. They are all plain to him who understands, And right to those who find knowledge. Receive my instruction, and not silver, And knowledge rather than choice gold;”
Proverbs 8:6-10 NKJV

Thought: to him who understands it is plain and right to those who find knowledge.

“For wisdom is better than rubies, And all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her. “I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, And find out knowledge and discretion. The fear of the LORD is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way And the perverse mouth I hate. Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom; I am understanding, I have strength. 14

By me wisdom and understanding

Remember understanding simply means a putting together or comprehending or grasping of His word. The Spirit of God illuminates our hearts and gives us understanding of His wisdom.

By me kings reign, And rulers decree justice. By me princes rule, and nobles, All the judges of the earth. I love those who love me, And those who seek me diligently will find me. Riches and honor are with me, Enduring riches and righteousness. My fruit is better than gold, yes, than fine gold, And my revenue than choice silver. I traverse the way of righteousness, In the midst of the paths of justice, That I may cause those who love me to inherit wealth, That I may fill their treasuries.”
Proverbs 8:11-21 NKJV

“I have been established from everlasting, From the beginning, before there was ever an earth. When there were no depths I was brought forth, When there were no fountains abounding with water. Before the mountains were settled, Before the hills, I was brought forth; While as yet He had not made the earth or the fields, Or the primal dust of the world. When He prepared the heavens, I was there, When He drew a circle on the face of the deep, When He established the clouds above, When He strengthened the fountains of the deep, When He assigned to the sea its limit, So that the waters would not transgress His command, When He marked out the foundations of the earth, Then I was beside Him as a master craftsman; And I was daily His delight, Rejoicing always before Him, Rejoicing in His inhabited world, And my delight was with the sons of men.”
Proverbs 8:23-31 NKJV
No doubt the I here is Jesus

““Now therefore, listen to me, my children, For blessed are those who keep my ways. Hear instruction and be wise, And do not disdain it. Blessed is the man who listens to me, Watching daily at my gates, Waiting at the posts of my doors. For whoever finds me finds life, And obtains favor from the LORD; But he who sins against me wrongs his own soul; All those who hate me love death.””
Proverbs 8:32-36 NKJV

“Wisdom has built her house, She has hewn out her seven pillars; She has slaughtered her meat, She has mixed her wine, She has also furnished her table. She has sent out her maidens, She cries out from the highest places of the city, “Whoever is simple, let him turn in here!” As for him who lacks understanding, she says to him, “Come, eat of my bread And drink of the wine I have mixed. Forsake foolishness and live, And go in the way of understanding.”
Proverbs 9:1-6 NKJV

The word picture here is come to my feast and not my drunken party.
Then note forsake foolishness and live.
Go in the way of understanding, a direct command.

““He who corrects a scoffer gets shame for himself, And he who rebukes a wicked man only harms himself. Do not correct a scoffer, lest he hate you; Rebuke a wise man, and he will love you. Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; Teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom,
And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
For by me your days will be multiplied, And years of life will be added to you. If you are wise, you are wise for yourself, And if you scoff, you will bear it alone.””
Proverbs 9:7-12 NKJV

The foolish woman’s call.

“A foolish woman is clamorous; She is simple, and knows nothing. For she sits at the door of her house, On a seat by the highest places of the city, To call to those who pass by, Who go straight on their way: “Whoever is simple, let him turn in here”; And as for him who lacks understanding, she says to him, “Stolen water is sweet, And bread eaten in secret is pleasant.” But he does not know that the dead are there, That her guests are in the depths of hell.”
Proverbs 9:13-18 NKJV

Giving Thanks

Giving Thanks

In the book of I Thessalonians we are told “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
I Thessalonians 5:16-18 NKJV

First lets look at the progression:

We are admonished to be of a rejoicing spirit at all times, then along with this we are to have a constant unceasing prayer life, then in everything give thanks.

I truly believe these build of one another, first rejoicing, then prayer, then thanksgiving

This also coincides with Philip. 4: 4-7

“Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:4-7 NKJV

The Holy Spirit kind of tells us how to rejoice always and that is by staying in fellowship in the Lord

Then a stern command: be not anxious about anything.

Then back to prayer with thanksgiving.

Remember this not Paul telling us this is his opinion, but this is scripture inspired by the Holy Spirit, declaring this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

I believe we all agree this comes not naturally for us, but it does not negate the fact we are to be disciplined in our Christian walk so much so that it must be our top priority to approach our Heavenly Father rejoicing, and that prayer, just talking to God becomes first nature. Then the thanksgiving is the spoken confidence that our gracious loving Heavenly Father does have everything under control, including all of our mess that we our selves made with no help from anybody else.

Remember Chosen one of God He does got this, therefore give Him continual thanks.

You see chosen all of this leads up for us how to live the beatitude.

“And seeing the multitudes, He went up on a mountain, and when He was seated His disciples came to Him. Then He opened His mouth and taught them, saying: “Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”
Matthew 5:1-3 NKJV

Poor in spirit blessed?

This simply means that the poor is completely dependent upon someone for their needs, and when we have this kind of dependency upon God we will be be blessed by God Himself with His very own kingdom.

Thought this is not our final home, there is a greater one just up a head!
“Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted.”
Matthew 5:4 NKJV

I know and I agree none of us likes to mourn.

Now remember who Jesus was speaking to, a depressed people under Roman rulership which was extremely cruel, harsh, and over oppressive.

The Greek word here for mourn is the strongest in the Greek, like that of the lost of a loved one.

Now look how our Lord turns this around even when we are found in devastating situations we are promised by Him personally comfort.

Never lose sight of Your Heavenly Fathers promise to you…

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”
II Corinthians 1:3-4 NKJV

“Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.”
II Corinthians 2:14 NKJV

I conclude today because of the greatness of our Heavenly Father no matter what confronts us we can live in the assurance He will never abandon us, and the assurance He will always lead us in triumph therefore We can give thanks in all things.

What’s going on

What’s Going On ?

I confess to you I am more concerned about the day we live in than ever before. What kind of world are we bringing our children and grand children in to? With the help of the scriptures, today I would like to bring some understanding on what is going on?

First let’s deal with the spirit of lawlessness.

Please do not get me wrong I am not saying there is not any laws to protect, what I am saying is that there are a few folks who believe that the laws do not apply to them, prime example this deranged person who goes into a place of worship and kills eleven defenseless people.

Without a doubt this is a spirit of lawlessness; if you hate someone just kill them, simply because you disagree with them, or because they are not of your nationality, or color, or religion.

“And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.

“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”
Matthew 24:4-7, 9-14 NKJV

Some say we are living in the last days; you make the call!

“But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!”
II Timothy 3:1-5 NKJV

“But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”
Matthew 24:37-39 NKJV

So let’s look at Noah’s day.

“Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the LORD said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.” But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.”
Genesis 6:5-8 NKJV

Key words; wickedness great, evil continually, Lord sorry, destroy, grace.

Verse 11 helps to describe the tone of the time.

“The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. So God looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. And God said to Noah, “The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth.”
Genesis 6:11-13 NKJ

Yet in the midst of all this Noah finds grace.

Never forget God dose not take pleasure with the destroying of the wicked.

“Say to them: ‘ As I live,’ says the Lord GOD, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?’”
Ezekiel 33:11 NKJV

Fact is God is not willingly that any should perish!!

“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”
II Peter 3:9 NKJV

For the believing one God declares; He has not appointed us to wrath.

“But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him. Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.”
I Thessalonians 5:1-11 NKJV

So let me conclude with this thought: Yes I believe the table is being set for the last days, and all by mans wicked doings and not by the will of God, just as God offered grace in the days of Noah, it is being offered today.

Fact is Gods offer on the table is: forgiveness towards repentance.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”
John 3:16-17 NKJV

God’s Way to Blessings

Gods way to Blessings

Last week we ended with Matthew 5:3

Truly blessed are the poor in spirit….

This simply means that the poor is completely dependent upon someone for their needs, and when we have this kind of dependency upon God we will be be blessed by God Himself with His very own kingdom now and forever think about it Jesus Himself taught us to pray thy kingdom come and thy will be done.

Thought; this is not our final home, there is a greater one just up a head!

Before we move on look at the most destitute of the N.T. the woman at the well, the woman with the issue of blood, Mary Magdalene, Matthew the tax collector, Zacchaeus, they were all poor in spirit, you see the poor in spirit is one of many of our Heavenly Fathers speciality’s.

Now look how our Lord turns this around even when we are found in devastating situations we are promised by God Himself to personally comfort us.

“Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth.”
Matthew 5:5 NKJV

Aristotle defines meekness this way Blessed is the man who is always angry at the right time, and never angry at the wrong time. (Barclays commentary page 96)

Another translation: blessed is the man who has every instinct, every impulse, every passion under control. Blessed is the man who is entirely self-controlled.

The best way to translate the Greek word praotes; true humility which banishes all pride,

Declare with me, Blessed is the man who has the humility to know his own ignorance, his own weakness, and his own need.
Now let’s put it all together;

O the bliss of the man who is always angry at the right time and never angry at the wrong time, who has every instinct, and impulse, and passion under control because he himself is God controlled, who has the humility to realize his own ignorance and his own weakness, for such a man is a king among men.

Remember Jesus Himself declared;

“Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”
Matthew 11:29 KJV

The meek man of God is guaranteed by God Himself to inherit the earth.

Blessed by God

“the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,”
“and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.”
Ephesians 1:19-21 NKJV

“And [I pray] that the eyes of your heart [the very center and core of your being] may be enlightened [flooded with light by the Holy Spirit], so that you will know and cherish the hope [the divine guarantee, the confident expectation] to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints (God’s people),”
EPHESIANS 1:18 AMP

Let’s start today’s message with a question, do you believe God longs to bless you?

“Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.””
Genesis 1:26-28 NKJV

“Then God blessed them”

To bless: Barack to come on blended knee and present with a gift.

““Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God:”
Deuteronomy 28:1-2 NKJV

Key words: diligently, obey, observe, overtake,
These blessings….
““Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country. “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. “Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.”
Deuteronomy 28:3-5 NKJV

““Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out. “The LORD will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways. “The LORD will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you.”
Deuteronomy 28:6-8 NKJV
““The LORD will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the LORD your God and walk in His ways. Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they shall be afraid of you. And the LORD will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers to give you.”
Deuteronomy 28:9-11 NKJV
“The LORD will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. So you shall not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right or the left, to go after other gods to serve them.”
Deuteronomy 28:12-14 NKJV

Remember it was God’s will to speak the blessing daily.

““Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them:
The LORD
bless you and keep you:
The LORD make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.” ’ “So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them.””
Numbers 6:23, 25-27 NKJV

And I will bless them!

“And God is able to make all grace [every favor and earthly blessing] come in abundance to you, so that you may always [under all circumstances, regardless of the need] have complete sufficiency in everything [being completely self-sufficient in Him], and have an abundance for every good work and act of charity. As it is written and forever remains written, “H E [the benevolent and generous person] SCATTERED ABROAD, HE GAVE TO THE POOR, H IS RIGHTEOUSNESS ENDURES FOREVER!””
2 CORINTHIANS 9:8-9 AMP

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.”
Ephesians 1:3-6 NKJV

“The grace of our Lord Jesus [His unmerited favor, His spiritual blessing, His profound mercy] be with you. My love be with all of you in Christ Jesus. Amen.”
1 CORINTHIANS 16:23-24 AMP
